HBM Showit Template Terms & Licensing Agreement

You May:
• Change, tweak and redesign your template for your personal use or for use in your business.
• Use the images and fonts in the template ONLY if they are specifically mentioned as (for commercial use)

You may NOT:
• Re-sell or trade your access to your template.
• Share your template (share key) with anyone else who has not purchased the template or opted in to receive it.
• Reprint or republish the template, in part or in whole.
• Distribute any of the template materials included with your purchase as your own, otherwise known as stealing.
• Reproduce and tweak any part or the whole template for distribution as your own work.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of digital file delivery, all sales are FINAL (includes payment plans). No returns or refunds or exchanges will be extended.

Payment Plans:
If you opt for monthly installment plan, you are required by law to complete all remaining payments of your payment plan.

If you elect for a payment plan, you authorize Her Brand Market LLC and any third party processor to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms of your payment plan.

If all eligible payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or the digital asset will be reported to Showit and removed from your account.

You may not cancel or void these payments. In the event that any payment is not made, there will be a 3 day grace period between payment due date and a $100 fee being assessed. If payments are delinquent beyond 30 days, project balance will be immediately DUE IN FULL. If payment delinquency goes beyond 45 days, balance will be submitted for collections.
